Bueno SOR es un juego practicamente identico a Double Dragoon, Final Fight o cualquier otro Beat'em Up pero que al llevar el sello SEGA seguro tenia que tener algo muy bueno (mas alla de la exclusividad) para convertirse en un clasico, uno motivo podria ser los movimientos especiales que en este se podian realizar (ya sea con pulsando C o tambien con la combinación adelante, adelante y golpe) y el que aqui nos atañe es la música, hecha en su mayoria ni mas ni menos que por uno de los mas grandes compositores que hay en la industria, Yuzo Koshiro, que entre otoros trabajos tambien responsable de grandes soudtracks como el de ACT RAISER, SHENMUE y varios mas:
