DOES (ドーズ) es una banda de rock japonés conformada por tres miembros: Wataru Ujihara (voz, guitarra), Yasushi Akatsuka (bajista), Kēsaku Morita (baterista). Desde 2004 llevan lanzando sencillos, hasta que en el 2006 firman un contrato con Ki/oon Records (perteneciente a Sony Music Japan). Con su sexto single, alcanzó más aceptación entre el público nipón. “Donten” (5to opening del anime de “Gintama“), llegando a alcanzar el tercer puesto del Oricon Semanal de Japón.

Que tal gente, hace mucho que no me pasaba por acá y eso es debido a que la escuela esta mas pesada que nunca pero no se preocupen que yo seguiré trayéndoles discos mientras me sea posible y el día que por algún motivo ya no pueda continuar con el blog entonces habré de despedirme como se debe agradeciendo su interés en este pequeño rincón musical ;).  Galneryus es una banda de power metal, encabezada por el talentoso guitarrista Syu junto a otros experimentados y talentosos músicos de la escena metal Japonesa.

La pronunciación de las letras en Inglés de YAMA-B es casi perfecta y las canciones están llenas de impresionantes solos de guitarra de Syu. El bajo tiende a estar un poco al margen y la batería es típica del power metal, rápida. El teclado generalmente añade algunas piezas instrumentales a las canciones.

Es difícil hablar sobre su sonido como una banda Japonesa; considerando que podrían pasar por una banda metal Europea o Americana y son generalmente comparados con bandas como Sonata Arctica o Stratovarius.
